Admissions and Enrollment

We invite you and your family to start the registration process at Evolve Beauty Academy by scheduling a tour of the campus and facilities. Personalized tours allow us to provide you with a first-hand experience of our school in action. It also lets us focus our time and attention to answering your specific questions and concerns.

Requirements​

All cosmetology students in the state of Missouri are required to have student training licenses.  The following required items must be brought to the school at least two weeks prior your start date for us to obtain your training license from the  Missouri State Board of Cosmetology.

Proof of age: must be at least 17. Submit Driver's License, or Birth Certificate and picture I.D.

Proof of education: submit original High School Diploma, GED, or official grade transcript showing completion and passing of 12th grade. Sorry, we do not accept credentials from internet-only high schools.

Social Security Card

2 Passport-size photos of yourself.

$5 Money Order made out to:
"Director of Revenue for Cosmetology"

$75 Check or cash Enrollment fee paid directly to the school

Completion of FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid); school code: 041739 

                 All items are needed at least 2 weeks prior to your desired starting date.

To save a spot in the next class:

1. Visit the school and meet Erin or Angel to answer any questions you may have.

2. Pay the $5 registration fee in money order made out to: Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners

3. Make arrangements for tuition payment. Applicants wishing to apply for financial aid need also to submit their Federal Tax Forms or other proof of family income. See Financial Aid for more information.
